In some situations, clients are offered flat contingency arrangements, as well as, the traditional hourly rates for non-standard complex litigation.

A word about billing.

For those matters handled on an hourly basis, clients are to provide detailed billing based upon time increments of six minutes. The Law Offices of K.S. Lynch believes a client has an absolute right to receive a detailed explanation for the time spent their cases and billings reflect that belief. When a client receives a bill there should be no question as to what was done to generate that bill.
